  1. Refunds Policy:

At [lahoomey.com], we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1.1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate a refund request within [25] days from the date of receiving your order. If 25 days passed we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • For products damaged we offer full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged. We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
  • For incorrect or missing products we offer a full refund or replacement.
  • For orders cancellation we offer a full refund before products are processed.
  • For delayed orders it will be counted 40 days after orders departed from us, then we will make a refund or resend.
  • For orders not received, we will refund you or resend the product if you do not received the package, but a non delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

1.2. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support Team at [decor@lahoomey.com], we will offer a quicker solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide your order number and photos or videos of damaged item to prove damage or a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.
  • Our team will review your request, and if it meets the eligibility criteria, we will guide you on how to return the product.

1.3. Refund Timeframe:

  • Once we received and inspects the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method.

1.4. Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, there is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

  • You may return a product if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.2. Return Process:

2.3. Return Shipping:

2.4. Refund or Replacement:

  • After receiving the returned item and inspecting it, we will either process a refund or send a replacement item, based on the nature of the issue and your preference.

Delivery:

The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the  delivery period, it will be  returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days.  Meanwhile, You need to pick up the package yourself.

Force majeure: We takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
